Responsible Use of the API

Remember that you are not the only user of this API, so we impose technical limits to prevent abuse.

The quantity of requests a center can make to the API is not limited, but the frequency is. This frequency is relatively high and should not affect standard use, as Koibox operates with these same limits.

Nevertheless, we want to remind you of certain important points regarding the use of the API:

  • Do not send massive requests; if you want to export your data, you can do so from Koibox.
  • Keep only the API keys you use active.
  • API security is a shared responsibility; keep your API keys secret and delete compromised ones.
  • Use the endpoints documented here; it is prohibited to use any other endpoint that is not for public use.
